Norland Appoints Cam Green as Chief Operating Officer
Norland is pleased to announce the appointment of Cam Green as Chief Operating Officer (COO). The creation of this role reflects Norland’s continued growth and commitment to delivering an integrated offering and a high level of execution for partners and clients. This move will further enhance Norland’s ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary expertise in major infrastructure, resource development, and industrial projects.

Cam brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry with a track record of leading operational and business units in complex project environments. He is known for strong relationships across the industry and proven leadership in aligning teams around shared goals. Since joining Norland, Cam has played an important role in company growth and helping advance operational initiatives that improve how Norland works with partners and delivers for clients.

Cam holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia and completed the Next Generation Leaders Program at Ivey Business School. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, Infrastructure at Norland and as Vice President at Aecon Major Projects West, where he delivered multi-million-dollar projects and led safety, business development, and operational excellence initiatives.
