Spencer Gudewill, MPP

Advisor

Spencer has served as an advisor to Norland’s Board of Directors since 2021. He developed a strong understanding of the company’s operations through progressive roles across the business, beginning in the field as a labourer before moving into corporate development and strategic leadership roles. As Chief of Staff, he worked alongside the former CEO on business transformation initiatives across the organization.

A strong advocate for safety culture and innovation, Spencer also co-founded Strong Haulers, a data analytics social venture focused on improving outcomes for individuals living with post-concussion syndrome.

Spencer brings additional experience in public policy, governance, and international business through work across North America, Asia, Europe, and South America, including research with the Fraser Institute on Canadian public policy issues. He holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University. He also serves on the boards of the Cherniavsky Junior Club for the Performing Arts and INDEQCO Industrial Equipment.
