Dave Reynold's Last Day as CEO

Today is Dave’s last official day as NorLand’s CEO. On behalf of our Board and all the employees at NorLand and Indeqco, I want to express my sincere thanks to Dave for his leadership and the outstanding work he has done to build our companies into the formidable industry players they have become.
I also want to wish Paul Halliday every success as he steps in as NorLand’s new CEO tomorrow. Paul and Dave have worked together over the past few months to ensure a smooth transition and I am confident that our company’s leadership will continue to be in very good hands.
Although it is Dave’s last day as CEO, he has agreed to stay on until October 6 as an advisor to Paul and the Board to help continue a smooth transition.
Dave, please accept our heartfelt thanks for your enduring commitment to our company and to everyone who works here. NorLand is a better company today thanks to you and your 37 years of service; the final 7 as our CEO.

Today is my last official day as NorLand’s CEO and I wanted to extend my sincere thanks to everyone who has been a part of my journey here, and particularly during my last seven years as CEO.
To our Board Chair, Sam Gudewill, and the rest of the Board, thank you so much for your leadership, support, and guidance. When I started on the shop floor with NorLand 37 years ago, I never would have dreamt that I would end my time here by serving as your CEO.
I also want to thank each and every one of the employees at NorLand and Indeqco. You have made our companies the success they are today, and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with all of you. I’ve deeply appreciated your hard work and support, and I take with me many great experiences and memories of my time here with you.
As I complete my term at NorLand, I feel confident that the company’s future is in good hands as Paul Halliday assumes the leadership mantle. Paul and I have worked together to ensure a smooth transition as he takes over as CEO tomorrow. He has a strong handle not only on how the company operates today, but also with regards to some of the challenges NorLand will need to address going forward. Paul is ready to hit the ground running and will be communicating with you all in short order.
Although it is my last day as CEO, I’m not leaving NorLand just yet. To help with the transition, I will stay on to assist as needed until October 6 and will continue to provide support to both Paul and the Board as we take the next steps in building a strong future for our company and our people.
